strengthening the brand with collectibles (like Porsche), or supporting charities and good causes (like Coca-Cola)
or connecting with a new generation of consumers (like Walmart).
There are other use cases too, such as ticketing, sales and distribution or payments. But for the most part, these consumer brands are building out customer engagement for both existing and new generations of buyers.
